« Value is not good. Home was not clean, in poor condition and not well equipped. Towels appeared dirty, or in just very poor condition. Bathrooms were not clean, especially shower floor. Kitchen was poorly equipped - no kettle, too few coffee mugs, hodge podge of cookware. Wood floors are in poor condition and dirty. Coffee maker leaks while brewing. Too much clutter and too many piles of books everywhere. »

« "Anchors Away" on Lake Lookout is a very comfortable, quiet place with a great view of the lake from the big windows in the living room & sunroom where we enjoyed beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake. (Don't sleep in our you'll miss the sunrise!). The beds are comfy, and the shower is nice. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need during your stay. The best part of our stay though was sitting in the provided sun loungers watching our 7 year old granddaughter and 5 year old...

« Beautiful view, lots of outdoor space, beds for everyone, close to grocery and restaurants, really an ideal spot for a small family gathering. The one issue was the autistics of the house. It was impossible to be in the main area and not wake others, whether late at night or early morning. Regardless, we would absolutely stay again. »

« Beautiful home situated away from all the busy areas around the lake in a very peaceful cove. Our host went above and beyond when we asked to help with steak knives for a filet dinner we were planning, and in 24 hours, a new box of 8 knives arrived at our door, along with some cookies to say welcome and sorry for the inconvenience.
