« This was our first large family vacation since Covid 2020 and we wanted to once again do a lake vacation. Found this home in Lake Norman to be extremely adequate for our group of 18. We loved the layout of the property and the yard and the fire pit was excellent. The hot tub was perfect on the deck and our group was able to just disperse to different places to go play in the game room or shoot hoops at the basketball court. The easy access to the beautiful Lake made it very easy to utilize the...

« The location was great. It’s a very pretty setting. We ended up just sleeping at the house and spent most of our time at another family’s property on the lake for a reunion. The house was musty smelling. We didn’t find any mold, but it smelled like it. The master bedroom was huge but had a queen bed. Wish it had a king as my husband is 6’3”. The w as there was a pale tan color. « Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected. The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and...
