« Great location, amenities were good, good communication, very clean, really excellent. Nice porch! One thing could be better: the furniture is a little sparse in the bedrooms, so there's a need for a dresser drawer or something to hold up your suitcase. Small thing that would be very nice. Otherwise, I would give this excellent. »

« Initial confusion about location: "562" on mailbox; "572" on listing. Beautiful setting in Ozark highlands and convenient to amenities: veritable tree house! Large porches are super pet friendly. Plenty of room and seating. Great kitchen with many appliances: perhaps replace some skillets. Saggy 2d bedroom mattress. Downstairs may benefit from a small TV. »

« Very nice cottage! Perfect location! Very quiet neighborhood. The cottage is very clean and well kept! Stocked with everything you could need. Worked great for our family to have a fun weekend of kayaking and memory making. So thankful for hosts like this that let us bring our little dogs with us. We all had a good time! »

« We had THE BEST time. We went here for a late Mother’s Day & friends birthday getaway. So 2 couples. This was perfect but could have fit another couple or 2. They had everything we needed and some things we didn’t even realize we needed. We grilled, we sat by the fire, we enjoyed the tub and the peaceful front porch.
