« The hot tub did not work, yard need mowed and weeds everywhere. Could not use grill to many weeds around it. Outside chairs were to dirty to sit in. Kitchen/Pots/Pans were filthy. « This little home was perfect for us. We needed three bedrooms and place near the Ark Encounter. A two-minute drive to the Ark worked perfectly for us. It rained a lot while we were visiting and it was nice that this little house was on a hill. »

« The property was spacious for all of our family and dogs. It was neatly decorated and perfect for what we needed. The host was great to work with and very responsive to my questions. The driveway to the property was very rough, even in a 4x4 truck. There is a large flight of stairs up to the rental which would prove tricky for older people and young children.
