« Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO. »

« Clean, pet friendly, quiet, attractively furnished. Had not known it would be a second floor unit with stairs to enter. That was not a problem for us but might be for others. We enjoyed ourselves. »

Only missing bedroom curtains (that sun is bright at 5am LOL) but seriously even the beds are comfy! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« Kid friendly but surrounded by wildlife »

« Very clean. Clear directions and communication from the host. »
