« We had some issues when we first checked in with the heat but Brian was super responsive and took care of the issue right away. The place is beautiful and super convenient to the slopes and has a beautiful view of the lake. We appreciated the amenities especially all of the channels available on the TV (most places dont have this) and the soft blankets and towels.We would definitely stay here again! »

« We debated whether to give this stay a 1 or 2. We chose 2 because the condo itself was fine. However, the owners had falsely advertised that access to Big Boulder Lake, including swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, pontoon boating, and other activities, was available for a fee of 25/day. This was not the case, and in fact we had NO access to the lake, because unbeknownst to Vacasa and VRBO, the owners had not purchased a membership in the Lake Mountain Club, which is a âno exceptionsâ...
