« nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms. »

Pros: quick response, near the beach, near convinience stores, A/C in each room, parking provided for 1 car, and has an outdoor bbq and patio area / outdoor yard.
