« This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. »

« The location was perfect as I expected it to be. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. Communication was great. The building is old so you can hear footsteps in other apartments and things going on outside sometimes in case that is bothersome to some but that didn't bother me. We loved how dark the bedrooms are and the bedrooms are located away from the exterior of the building so noise wasn't a problem for me. »

Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (makes me want to renovate ours at home to match), comfy couches and bed! We were able to experience the bourbon bar, do some of the wine trail, make the trek to Heron Pond, and get our favorite pizza in the world at Quatros in Carbondale.
