« Out room wasn't ready (we arrived a little after 3, check-in time). We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. I wish they had a better breakfast option and an earlier time. »

« on check-in, staff did not tell us there was not breakfast provided. Room clean, well-organized. Had plenty of towels without having to ask for any extra. Had we known no kitchen we might have brought in food for breakfast. the bag of popcorn provided was tasty and welcome. Main negative was the late night and early morning stomping in room above us. It interrupted sleep (at normal hours). »

« Staff at check-in and throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a historic building in a nice walkable downtown with restaurants and shops close by. Everything was clean and in good condition. This one is a winner. I would definitely stay here again. »

« I would like to say that the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered while traveling. Expedia messed up with the payment and it was a 2 hour process to undo it. But the hotel staff were amazing and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. »

« I am the kind of person who would rather help someone with their small business than hurt them with an unfavorable review. I texted Matt and asked if he would call me so we could chat about his rental; I have now waited a week and he apparently is not interested in my thoughts. So, I guess I’ll post them to keep others from being disappointed. This is a cute Little Blue Cottage, but I arrived at around 6:00 PM and it was totally dark-no porch light was left on, and house was unlit…not very...
