« Located on the 2nd floor, so you need to know there will be steps. Had an issue (no fault of the owner) at check-in with parking. We had a pass for our spot, and the neighbor had two passes and parked in ours. Lots of "things" (utensils, etc.) in the kitchen were nice. Every appliance worked great. Furniture was in good shape. « Overall, this was a good unit especially if you are looking for a 2/2. The beds were really comfortable and the unit and balcony were a good size. We had two adults and two kids and had plenty of room. The kitchen stock with pans and plates, etc was good. Plenty of towels. And lots of beach stuff from towels to boogie boards to chairs....that was great! The beach was really close, as was the pier just like in the pictures. And the pool was really good as well. « The unit was clean, the bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, especially since I have back pain daily. I was not stiff or hurting when getting up every morning, this was a blessing. The pool area was great, not over crowded or too loud. »

« The ocean view was fantastic. The condo looked like the pictures. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the lack of notification about the AC guy coming about 8:50 a.m. I was in the living room in my pajamas and my husband still in the bed. I hear someone coming through the door. I asked him to wait before coming in, so I put something over my pajamas. He stated that they did not let him know that someone was in the unit. »
