« The description of the property didn’t give you the whole picture. 2 days before arriving we were told the property had well water. I texted my concern and they advised us not to drink the water. They use a water softener. When we arrived a paper attached to the kitchen cabinet stating that it would be advisable to sanitize the kitchen utensils with bleach water before use. « Our family of 4 had a lovely stay! We enjoyed spending time on the kayaks, canoe and rowboat every day. We also had some successful fishing off the dock. The house was cozy in the evenings for some family game time and unwinding with movies. The house had everything we needed. The view from the dock was beautiful. There were also hiking trails a short drive away for when we wanted to be out and about. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us! »

« In June 2026, my family of 7 was visiting Green Bay for two weekends in a row. We found Kyle's place and thought it would be perfect for our family, which it was. It was clean and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. Kyle was also very responsive to any questions I had. We loved how Kyle decorated the place, which was warm and inviting. The next time we visit Green Bay again, we hope to rent his place again. »
