« We have stayed here multiple times as it is close to family members that live in Wisconsin and convenient for us. Our experience has always been very positive, the only thing I could really say is that the property needs a little uplift. We stayed in room 111. « On line check in was very convenient. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. It was under construction while we were there as they were updating rooms. Which the rooms did need updating. Room was clean and the salt water pool was very nice 👍 »

« We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The hotel just opened in late 2025, and everything still feels fresh and new. The towels and bedding were spotless and soft, and the bathroom soaps smelled wonderful. The shower was spacious with great water pressure and consistent temperature. « Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised »

« Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there »

« The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. « There was no continental breakfast. There was a sign for a "bagged breakfast from 6 to 9" that we didnt even bother to get. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't.
