« Communication with the property management was very fast. The pictures on the listing was accurate. I love the fact that the kitchen was well equiped. « This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed. »

« We have stayed here several times. It is exactly as described. It’s furnished well and has several kayaks and a canoe. Property has a large backyard that is always well kept. My boys will usually have a wiffle ball game or a football game going at any time back there. The dock is in good condition and we always fish - we don’t always catch fish though! « This property was perfect! The host was very informative and answered any question I had weeks before our arrival and even after the stay, while talking about booking next year. We loved the outside shower area and having the water spigot right at the door to clean your feet befire entering the house. The kitchen area was perfect as we enjoy cooking breakfast as well as some dinner meals during our stay. The location is perfect and just steps from the snow white sand. »
