« I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. »

« Our first visit to Mexico Beach did not disappoint! The townhome had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the private breezeway with picnic table and grill. The host provided all details making check in and out seamless and was quick to respond to any communication. We are already planning when our next visit will be. »

« Throughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Plenty of room for our party of four but was enough easily for 6. We will definitely book again on our next trip. This property is 15-20 from Panama City are beaches and only a 10 minute walk to St Andrew’s Bay. Minutes to downtown Panama City restaurants and shopping. Our host was always available when we had questions before arrival and the whole time during our stay. »

« We had an amazing week! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. We all had our own big room, and our adult children were so excited to have their own bathrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!! »

« House is beautiful inside and out. Was very well stocked with the essentials. The back yard is very nice for fur animals. Close enough to the beach to walk. We will definitely be back to this house. Communication was great. No problems!! »

« Loved the house layout! Well appointed, well maintained, clean & comfortable. Large screen (58” I believe) TVs in bedroom(s) and living area. YoutubeTV plus many other networks such as Discovery, etc.Easy access & can park the car within feet of the front door (no dragging luggage up any stairs!)Kitchen and entire home well stocked with items/utensils that should be there. Truly, a “home away from home”!Easy & quick 2-block drive to public beach access with ample parking. »

« The location was awesome, All the amenities of the facility were spot on. There were plenty of towels, plenty of cleaning supplies, and plenty of cooking utensils, and pots and pans. You could cook up any meal imaginable at Betties place. I would like to say that I could complain about a 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach, but that would be ridiculous. We will definitely be staying at Betties in the future and I highly recommend her and her house to anyone that might be considering Mexico Beach and...

« Communication with the property management was very fast. The pictures on the listing was accurate. I love the fact that the kitchen was well equiped. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet of the area. Mexico Beach is the perfect quiet get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the suset at the beach. The beach is steps away from the rental. The beach was very clean with white sand and it was not crowded. (FYI I visited on May 2025)We drove for about 45 minutes to Panama beach and ride jet ski to...
