« Sea Shanty was just as wonderful the second time around. We stayed a couple of years ago and were blown away by this beautiful place and all of the amenities. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The beach and ocean were wonderful too. Thank you for all the thought and care you put into making our stay so great. »

« The property was roomy and very comfortable. However there should be some soundproofing against the adjoining property as conversations and other noises are easily heard. The shower stall should be replaced. I really enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. I would stay there again. »

« This was a short notice work/family trip. My husband's band was in the area for a show so we decided to make a weekend of it. My son and family joined us and it couldn't have been a better choice! Even with four adults and two children it was plenty spacious! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The sunsets were incredible and fishing right off the dock was the best! Extremely peaceful to be so convenient to everything! We will definitely be back!The only negative thing I can say...

« Great place to stay away from the busy streets! Cute house. Comfy beds. Had a great time and would come back! Loved all the signs and old surfboards! Not a negative, just an observation for planning purposes. Kitchen accessories were meh. (only 2 coffee cups that we could find). No ice so bring your own. »

« Great home that was in a good location and close proximity to the beach. Accommodations were as described on VRBO and backyard was very nice for our dog. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and actually could have accommodated more. Would definitely rent again. »

« We stayed in Calvin’s place during a relocation to the area. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. We thought we were going to have to cancel but at the last minute was able to make the trip and Calvin was very helpful in rebooking the house. Great experience overall! »

« Communication with the property management was very fast. The pictures on the listing was accurate. I love the fact that the kitchen was well equiped. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet of the area. Mexico Beach is the perfect quiet get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the suset at the beach. The beach is steps away from the rental. The beach was very clean with white sand and it was not crowded. (FYI I visited on May 2025)We drove for about 45 minutes to Panama beach and ride jet ski to...

« Very pleased with the rental. Less than a1/4 mile from brother and sister-n-laws place. Main reason to be in Mexico Beach was eating at Shipwreck Raw Bar and hanging with family. »

« As our fifth year at Mexico Beach we really loved our stay at this house, it had great service and fully accommodated our family. We enjoyed the window and balcony views, time in the pool, short walk to the beach and was super appreciative of the complimentary chairs and umbrella rentals each day. The house is super clean and nice!! Highly recommended by our family!! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. House is wonderful and spacious and a great location, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the dock out back where our son caught numerous fish! Communication was great and easy check-in and check-out. It was a nice, quiet stay and we've already started to look at our calendars to see when we can come back. »

« We throughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and was precious with its coastal decor. It is about 5 house lengths away from the beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Communication is A with the owners. Seriously a great vacation home! We had 4 adults and a teen. We had plenty of room to even have space when needed. We definitely recommend staying at this home when visiting at Mexico Beach! »
