« It is always nice to stay in a place where it seems you are the first people to ever stay there. The house was so cute and very clean. The thoughtfulness of all the small things was so appreciated. Front porch had seating to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook, bake, clean, mix cocktails, or even do a crockpot meal. The coffee maker was equipped to brew ground coffee as well as pods and supplied were creamer, sugars and pods. There were lap blankets on the couch. Flat...

« We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house on Deer Point Lake. The home was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and had plenty of parking. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing by the water. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway! »

« The place was a very neat concept. We had our space while the boys had theirs! The property owner was quick to respond and accommodating. Sitting on the back porch was so peaceful. Would definitely stay again! We even had a little alligator friend that hung around. Made fishing from the dock a little tricky at first but he eventually got bored and moved on. »

« Cottage is much nicer than advertised, lake view is relaxing. We had center unit of 3, and hardly noticed other renters. Advertised picture is back of cottage, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, quiet a c unit, pet friendly, we saw a small alligator in the lake while we sat on the dock bench (about 3 ft),and had frogs visit the porch in the morning. Will most likely stay here again in the future. Thanks »

« Loved this house. Was just the perfect size for my 2 year old, husband, myself, and our 2 dogs. The backyard needed mowed, but I let the host know and it was done quickly. They even put up a swingset during our stay which our son loved!! »

« This was the first VRBO property we stayed at so we didn't know what to expect. We were surprised how cozy and comfy everything was. Our room was very nice and we loved the livingroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The amenities were all working and water pressure was good. I liked that there was a washer and dryer in the hallway.We were very lucky in that we had neighbors who were quiet and kept the same hours as us so that was a plus. The area seems really...

« We had a perfect week at The Salty Seagull! The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach and access to a dock, which was great for our boat. The condo was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved that it came with beach gear — chairs, toys, an umbrella, and even a wagon — so we didn’t have to pack all of that ourselves. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was a relaxing, stress-free vacation. Definitely a 5-star...

« Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community.
