« Well, where do I start? So many great things about this property and the host! In addition to everything being off the hook fantastic probably the top two is the exceptional communication and it being pet friendly!! The property is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of thought went into what is needed for a comfortable stay from a well stocked kitchen to the living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms! All we had to do was show up and get a few groceries and everything else was in place! A five star...

« An outstanding property. The fishing in this "honey hole" was/is a bit tenuous, highly dependent on rain proximity and various other factors. We expected the fish to literally "jump in the boat" - didn't happen. Not the fault of the hosts, of course, but the fish choose to bite only for about a single hour in the mornings and the evenings - between 8-9 both a.m. and p.m. Don't plan to be catching all morning either way, you can fish all day but your won't catch - at all - except during those...

« I came to Lynn Haven for a family birthday celebration and was looking for something centrally located to the weekend festivities. Well, I hit the Jackpot. Location was perfect for me, the house is well appointed, nicely decorated and very spacious. The pictures in the listing are current and accurate. The home is full of old home charm. Brandi, the hostess, was amazing. Communication was top notch and she was very informative when I had questions. I would highly recommend!! »

« Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community.
