« We loved the unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue we had was for check in, we were supposed to receive an email with the code to the unit door. When we received the email, the code was not there. We messaged through the Avari app and received no answer at all. We called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 mins, we finally spoke with someone. She could not find a code to that unit at all. She eventually told us how to locate the keys to the unit which was successful....

« We very much enjoyed the property's wonderful view and location. Bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement as it's a bit uneven but it did not significantly impact our enjoyment. »

« Awesome stay! Condo is very spacious for our party of 6 with plenty of hot water & comfortable beds. We cooked all our meals for the week at the condo and made do. However, a few more plates/bowls, larger pot, and new large skillet would’ve made things easier for our group size. Loved the large sink and kitchen island! Owner responded very quickly to any messages. Bring hangers if needed. Floor could use a scrub due to feet/socks discoloring. The outdoor shower was handy, parking plenty, and...

« When you take photos of a sunset it never looks as good as being there in person. That’s how we felt about this Mexico Beach condo. The photos are good but being there is even better!! It’s pristine clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great view of the gulf for being across the road. We had a glitch getting in which was no fault of the owner. Otherwise we loved it! »
