« I travel a lot, and only use vacation rentals vs. hotels anymore. This is the first vac rental that clearly was well thought out that I have stayed at! I literally felt like I was at home! The rental was immaculately clean, well stocked, and I appreciated that there were extra blankets in the closet. It was raining and chilly in Chico on my visit. The bedroom was very spacious. « We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time. »

« This was a very cute place. They are very dog friendly, had dog bowls out for your pets, a cute little yard for them. The place was very clean, comfortable. Quiet little cull-de sac. I would stay here again when I am visiting Chico. »

« I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking. »

« So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again. »

« I came from Utah to visit in Cali and honestly this place was so nice to stay in, very comfortable and homey. Would 10/10 recommend »
