Quick access to the amenities of Downtown Cedar Falls with all the perks of a quiet country retreat. Hoping to book more stays here in the near future. »

« Townhouse looked relatively new and was clean; it just looked like it had lived a hard life in a short time (dings on walls, stains on carpet, mattress in the closet). It didn't look like there was a huge supply of kitchen items, but we didn't cook a lot, so it was no big concern for us. There were 3 king beds that were comfortable and plenty of towels, and that is all we really needed. It was nice to be able to use the 2-car garage, and the location was fantastic for where we were going....

« Very nice and clean property , comfy king beds . Nice size bedrooms , large closets , no dressers . No biggie , we were only there a couple nights. Backyard walkout patio , lots of open yard space if you wanted to to play yard games . No cookie sheet pans , small coffee pot , 2 cup per. Otherwise , kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property . And not far from beautiful downtown Cedar falls . I give a 5 star rating . »

« Check in process was sent the morning of, we asked about the process for checking out the day before and never heard back. Never sent anything morning of either. Booked with the plan to use the hot tub but was disappointed when it was drained. »

« Beautiful home for our family to gather to celebrate a milestone birthday. Plenty of living space, large dining table, and bedrooms for us. Host very pleasant to work with. »
