« Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again. »

« The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good. »

« If you want a small room with minimal amenities this one's for you. It was pet friendly-ish. Plenty of room to walk around the parking lot. Auto parts store next door had a big lawn. The neighborhood wasn't sketchy exactly but it was very strip mall. On the bright side, a Maid Ride just down the street! »

« The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded »

« The location was great, just a block off Main St. However, there were a couple issues with the room itself. When we arrived the water to the toilet tank was turned off because it will just continually fill so we had to turn the water on and off every time we had to flush the toilet. Second, the TV remote doesn't work with the TV in the room. Finally a couple small things - the light switch by the front door doesn't seem to turn any lights on and there was some trash left in one of the dresser...
