« I live in louisville and I don’t usually go to this part of louisville but this house was in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. It’s right beside church hill downs so would be perfect for Derby. We stayed to be closer to the UofL stadium and it was only a 8 min drive ! Highly recommend. Very clean and beautiful place ! »

« The house was very comfy for a weekend stay. We had plenty of space to accommodate all our needs. As others mentioned the old house does equal squeaky floors. Someone mentioned recently the house was cold. It was cold in January for us as well when we arrived. We easily adjusted the thermostat and the house stayed cozy the entire time. « There were more than enough good things at this home. The weather prevented us from outdoor activities like pool, hot tub, or fire pit. We had ample room for personal privacy with more than enough bathrooms. We were doing Bourbon touring and only 5 minutes from Bardstown was great.We would stay at this place again. »
