« Very clean. Loved the tub. Nice to have owners close/on site. Much better than dealing with a "rental company". Very spacious without feeling like wasted space. Just and FYI, if you're coming in winter, pay attention to the weather. The driveway can be a little dicey with snow. »

« The Captain’s Cabin was charming, beautifully decorated, and VERY comfy! Jan and Tammy certainly went above and beyond with communication and treats including Christmas cookies! Our stay was just an overnight so we did not get a chance to appreciate the outdoor activities that the cabin grounds allowed (lake, stream, canoeing)…. Maybe we need a return trip?We would highly recommend the Captain’s Cabin. Beautifully maintained, very clean, well appointed, and it is just like sleeping in a movie...

The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. « Host was very attentive with messages. Check-in and checkout super smooth. Place has so many things to do on top of being able to visit all of the sites close by. Perfect location and the local restaurants and bars were very unique and made our trip very memorable. Having all the things in the kitchen was extremely nice! We definitely felt spoiled staying here with the smoker, hot tub, multiple living rooms, and game shed. »

« This place was great. Perfect for our bourbon trail adventure! My family of 5 had a great time place was clean, bathrooms had hot water and close proximity to everything. The only complaint i had was the pillows on the beds weren’t really comfortable. But i will come back to this place when we do the trail agin 5/5 »
