« This barn cabin was adorable. When we got there, the temperature inside was just right! The fresh eggs were fantastic! Bread and butter for toast, and ready-to-eat bacon in the refrigerator! There was no time for us to enjoy the pool. Every time we'd venture outside, chickens would come to the edge of the coop to greet us! When we visit the area again, we will stay here! »

« Our group of seven family members loved our stay here. The house is extremely clean and well maintained both inside and outside. « This cabin is truly unique! Very well appointed with cabin motif throughout. Loved hanging out on the breezy front porch after the day's biking. King bed was very comfortable, which is a deal breaker for us. Easy check in/check out. Owners are delightful. Cabin is situated on a large estate within a neighborhood of 5 acre estates. « We enjoyed a quiet restful stay at the cabin, a very private setting. We were visited by turkeys, turtles, and deer. Just what we needed to unwind! We were able to access great places to hike and visit Louisville within 20 minutes driving, and just enjoyed driving around the winding roads. Gabriel is a great host, accommodating to our requests and just overall friendly! »

« The property was really cozy, warm, and inviting. Hosts were extremely timely in response to concerns. We did not use the hot. But did take a walk to the water. Only issues we had were 1-2 birds flying in to the heater and making an incorrect vehicle choce for the drive there ( gravel roads for the last little bit to the cabin) »

« Three of us stayed at this cozy A-frame while visiting Louisville for a long bourbon weekend, and it was perfect. The house had a great vibe—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—but the highlight was definitely the fire pit. We ended every night out there. It made the whole trip even better. Highly recommend! »

« Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! Campfire at night and work up to deer and turkey visits in the morning. We will be back! »

« It was a wonderful 3 day “get away “ for a long time friend and I. Totally enjoyed our time there. A couple of suggestions. Put a light over the mirror in the bathroom and a grab bar around the bathtub. We needed bedding for the pull out couch bed and some kitchen trash bags for the trash can in the kitchen. We also needed automatic dishwasher pods. Otherwise we will be back to enjoy the beautiful cabin. »
