« It was a fantastic place for our group. There was plenty of space, the pool was amazing and it was close enough to wineries and breweries to drive the 15-20 minutes. The open concept kitchen and long kitchen table is perfect. The owner was super responsive and check in was very smooth. »

« Excellent property, clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to neighborhood and downtown restaurants. Off-street parking worked well for our van. Listing was accurate except Wi-Fi wasn’t available. I’m sure the owners would have worked to fix that had we notified them - but we didn’t want to disrupt our down time in the home to accommodate that. »

« My kids and grandkids stayed here before a wedding at our house. The children loved collecting eggs and feeding the chickens and goats each day and my daughters appreciated the beautiful fresh flowers arranged in all the rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked and the grounds are gorgeous. Cynthia and Bill were consummate hosts and treated everyone like family! »

« I came into town for the Tyler Childers concert and this was the perfect spot for me and my dog! Quiet, secluded, beautiful scenery — but close enough to town if you need anything. An easy drive to C’ville and surrounding areas. It didn’t disappoint! »
