« We had 6 in our group, we all enjoyed the house, and how accurate the listing is. Tyler was on top of everything from the beginning of our booking. We had one little hiccup during our stay, and Tyler had someone at the house in 15 minutes and the issue was taken care of. We would definitely stay there again. »

« House was clean and as described. There was only one trail access point near the house. Nearly the entire driveway is sloped. Long trailers can be a challenge to manuever. We were able to park sideways at the bottom, but it definitely takes skill. There were several extras throughout house, but essentials (examples: toilet paper (1.5 rolls) and trash bags (2)) were lacking for a 9 day stay. « This was an excellent place for our vacation. It was clean and well equipped for all your needs away from home. It would have been nice to have access to the garage for parking. I don't like to deal with 3rd party's when I have questions or problems. The host not once did a direct contact with us during our stay. If this is the new policy of VRBO I will be looking elsewhere. »

« Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. »

« We had an issue getting the door code due to internet connectivity when we arrived, but luckily, they had the foresight to have the phone number on a sign out front of the property. One call and we were set. The only other issue was the small shower, which wasn't ideal for washing the kids up, but we made do. Megan was very responsive to our questions, and that was much appreciated. The river was great, lots of turtles and crayfish or crawfish, and there were some big fish swimming in the river...

« Laura and David were wonderful hosts - we really enjoyed our stay! The Yurt was exactly what we expected and very charming. We had fun interacting with the Alpaca's while giving them respectful distance. We didn't get to see the cows because they were in the next pasture, but there was plenty of wildlife to be seen - birds, deer, wild turkeys, etc. And Rowdy, one of the Australian Shepherds, came to visit quite often and even led us to and from the yurt !
