« It's a comfortable and laid back place to stay very near the Breaks Park. Rooms are large and clean. They have a big tv, comfortable beds, good sized refrigerator and microwave. Plus they offer so many amenities outside. Covered porch with fire pit and cushiony chairs. Plus picnic tables and fire pits. It's a great hidden gem that let's you get away while still having the comforts of home. »

« The breakfast was fantastic! Especially loved the apple cinnamon waffles! The stay all great except the really strong musty smell. I know it has been remodeled and looks great, but that smell is pretty strong in the halls and rooms. We've stayed here several times. And while it might havr had a smell of an older hotel, it was never really unpleasant. This time it was. We come through from time to time, and will likely stay again, but hopefully they can figure out the source of the musty odor! »

« This was an excellent place for our vacation. It was clean and well equipped for all your needs away from home. It would have been nice to have access to the garage for parking. I don't like to deal with 3rd party's when I have questions or problems. The host not once did a direct contact with us during our stay. If this is the new policy of VRBO I will be looking elsewhere. »

« Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. »

« If you are looking to getaway from social media or need a break from your crazy busy life, this is the place to relax. The property is beautiful. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting around the fire pit at night. We stayed here so that we could ride the Spearhead trail systems. The property has plenty of space for your trailer. However, the bridge getting in may be a challenge for longer trailers. The house is only a few miles from the trailhead in Haysi. If...

« This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. It's quiet, private, and yet close to town. We really enjoyed our coffee watching the sheep across the way. Would definitely stay again the next time we need a break from the kids! »

« The home was very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and extras that we could have needed. No limitation on cook tools, utensils, bedding. The bed was a nice firm bed. The back yard was very pretty, the Peonies were in bloom. Thanks to the fence it was a great place for our dogs to run around in. As in all lush environments around water, there were a few sprigs of poison ivy on the fence line and the wood pile, but they were easily covered with a piece of firewood. »
