« This place was amazing. Near everything. A nice living room area with tv to relax after a long day exploring Our only complaint would be there was no way to control the heat. It was freezing outside but we were burning up in the unit. »

« Truly amazing weekend with my girls in this cozy home. The host was exceptional and even left us some homemade salsa and local donuts. The home was clean, the hot tub was hot, and there was plenty of room to move about. Highly recommend! »

« Fabulous location in Bloomington. Restaurant and Bar locations were well within walking distance. IU was a quick walk as well. Bring your own coffee mugs if you’re a coffee or tea drinker, they had a few paper to go cups, but no mugs. Reached out to the management and had no response. We would definitely stay there again. »

« This was my first time staying at a VRBO property and Althea set the bar VERY high. The property is in a convenient location near IU’s campus and stores such as Target. The unit was spotless and very well appointed. They thought of all the little details!! My family was comfortable here. Althea is so responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to many stays in this apartment over the next four years. Thank you for an amazing stay during our first college move in. »

« Reserved this property initially but host contacted me a week or so before our stay was to begin and told me this property was no longer available. Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely...
