« This was a reasonably priced place to stay. It is very close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Great area to ride bikes around. Quiet laid back town. Great place if you don’t want all the tourists. Beach was wonderful. The king bed upstairs was fabulous to sleep on! The owner was easy to get a hold of if one had problems. Check in / Check out was very easy. If we ever come back to Surf Side we would definitely stay here again. 10/10 loved it »

« There were outdoor furniture for the living room, the heating did not work and the plumbing was not working. When the plumbing problem started we got our things together and went home. Mind you 3 days early. We stayed 3 1/2 days. Bed was worn out, it was just a terrible so called week vacation. We will never stay at THE MARK ever again!! »
