« This was a great stay for a weekend getaway. We tried fishing. The moss was pretty well under control but the only fish that he could get to bite were very small blue gills. It was fun though. We cooked onsite. Just a note for the host, the can opener in the drawer doesn’t work. We got into our cans caveman style but for the future you may want to pack one if you are needing to open cans. Over all we loved the stay here. »

« We stayed at the cabin for 5 days and had a very nice stay. Check-in was very simple, which was good since we arrived well after dark. It's very quiet and located on a farm with a nice pond in the back and cows in the area. It was very clean and well-stocked. Lot's of extra towels and bed linens, which was nice. « Beautiful, comfortable house in the country but only 15 minutes from Fort Scott, a quaint little town with cobblestone streets and a handful of wonderful boutiques. Our son plays baseball there and this was a great place to stay. He came out and stayed with us to get away from the college for a few days. We cooked him some meals, played pool, watched movies.
