« Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again. »

« The location of this rental is incredible! For the most part our stay was great. It was not explicit that there are other people staying upstairs. It is a charming old house but the floors and pipes do make noise. Perhaps bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. »

« Everything by about this property was FANTASTIC! The owners clearly know what it takes to have an amazing experience at their house. We loved the location-perfect for Saturday farmers market shopping and crochet by delicious restaurants and cafes. The backyard was exceptional and we were able to spend sometime outside in the backyard even using the grill. 10/10 experience and will be back again! »

« Very convenient to shops, restaurants, night life. We are a family of 6 adults, one child and we loved the convenience. We also love to cook in at home and the kitchen could've used a few more items to help with that. We communicated this to the owner and he may do some updates around that in the future. Plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. Nice little back yard and front yard. The price was right! »

« Great cabin. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated, with a comfortable and cozy feel throughout. The bedrooms are excellent and the beds are very comfortable.The cabin is located in the middle of the forest, in a quiet and peaceful area.
