« We booked this escape to get away from the celebratory fireworks associated with the Broncos victory. I have an elderly dog that can't take loud noises. This place was the perfect (quiet) getaway with views for days. The soaking tub and access to hikes in NOBO and the Boulder foothills were my favorite parts of our staycation getaway. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get a hold of. »

« Excellent location, clean and comfortable. We would stay again (but not in summer as it didn't appear to have A/C) . We missed having a stove and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Would have liked a few more staples in the kitchen - like pepper. Also there were only two full size drinking glasses. These small things would be easy to fix. All in all - it was quite good and we loved how close it was to Chautauqua Park - less than a mile. »

« The host were wonderful! Extremely friendly, provided a desk along with a chair for me to work while staying there! Allowed my husband and mother in law to check in early as they were getting into town from driving all night. After a 17 hour drive they were very appreciative to be able to get in and take a nap. « This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is also a cat living in the home (for anyone with cat allergies). We did not...

« The apartment was clean and spacious and great for my needs. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 15-20 minute walk to parts of campus, restaraunts, etc. It is a basement apartment, so be ready to hear the family moving around/talking above you. »
