« The apartment is the ground floor of a house in a fantastic location in the mountainous area outside of Boulder. The two beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the deck was great for watching birds in the morning and stars at night. It was a little inconvenient not having a kitchen but we knew that up front, and could heat up take out in the microwave and keep things cold in the dorm sized fridge. When the owners arrived home the second night they were a little loud at first but...

« Overall it was a nice room. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was very nice. I could have used a pillow with a lot more support and the Wi-Fi kept going out. I would stay again when I visit Longmont. Jeff »

« My husband and I stay here every time we visit our daughter in Longmont. Each time we come in, it feels like home. The bed is comfy, the living area is cozy and the kitchen is well-appointed. The host is wonderful and communicative. Great place to stay with a surrounding neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. Great for walks! »

« Great location nice neighborhood, excellent host. The property had exactly what we needed. It has a coffee pot small fridge and some snacks and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient to Boulder and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again! »

« This clean, cozy rental unit is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the national park but stay away from the crowds in Estes Park. The unit is easily accessible from the main road. The host did an excellent job communicating with us throughout our stay.Bonus points for its fantastic steam shower! »

I travel a great deal mostly stay at Ritz Carlton or St Regis properties throughout the world and I must say this property is managed and maintained at that sensational level.
