« Arrived late and the room temperature was 84°. Turned the thermostat down to 72, fell asleep. Woke up 2 hours later and the room was still hot. AC not working. No point changing rooms in the middle of the night. The next morning, complained to staff.. The staff was a computer screen. They would do nothing. Requested my issue be escalated and was promised a call back. By end of day, no call back. No credit or refund issue. Do not stay at this hotel. »

« Check-in was easy and there was plenty of parking. Room was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The sheets were soft and smelled freshly washed. I could tell this hotel was newly renovated, and they did a great job. The bathroom had beautiful tile and nice fixtures. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
