« Easy little overnight »

« We got there on late Friday and checked in. We got room 307 and when went to shower that night I realized water draining in tub, all lights in restroom out except one. The plug in did not work and remote on tv would not work. Advised front desk and all he did was give us another remove but we had to use both, one got volume and one to change channels. Next day we told lady up front and she was very nice and switched us to room 108. Housekeeping in hall and she apologized and helped us move into...

« There were no towels in our room. The alarm went off at 6am which disrupted our sleep and ultimately woke us up for the day. I recommend checking to see if prior alarms have been set before a new guest arrives in room. »

« I need a refund! 8 stayed 4 nights from May 10 to May 14 out of which 1 day the room was not cleaned but the main disappointment is that I got bed bugs all over my body and the treatment cost is greater than the stay cost. In the meantime, I advise that no one should stay in this hotel until that pest issue has been addressed. »

« Unfortunately the bed was covered in urine along with the sheets… the rest of the room was clean so strange that the sheets weren’t washed. Made for a pretty uncomfortable night. I had gotten in late but the host did offer a new room around three hours later. »
