« This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space. »

« The property was clean. My only complaints were there were not enough comfortable seating for all 4 adults because the living room only had one uncomfortable couch with no chairs. Also, the bath towels were very small and thin and there were no extra towels other than the 4 in the bathrooms. The apartment was very clean and close to all the downtown attractions. »

« Pretty clean, quite comfortable, kitchen accessories a bit limited, but we managed. Bathroom door very difficult to close and open, bedroom doors too loose. Multiple A/C units kept us cool, though unit in Mario room came unhooked from window (was taped). Mostly quiet neighborhood where we felt pretty safe. »

« We really enjoyed our stay in OTR. The host was really fast at responding and super helpful. The house had many little touches of home that were nice! I will say, it's kind of noisy. The people above the unit had a huge dog we could hear running around and the street noise is a factor too. There's a white noise machine by the bed though. « I had read previous reviews and thought this would be a good place to stay for visiting The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. We were disappointed that several light bulbs were out and we didn’t have adequate lighting. The batteries in 2 out 3 of the remote controls did not work. The bathroom did have plenty of bath towels but only one hand towel and one hand towel in the kitchen for 4 days was not adequate.
