« Didnt get to check in til after 430 pm even though reserved months ahead, Frig didnt work when checked in ut called next morning it was replaced with doors backward. You have to run hot water for 10 to 15 minutes to ge t any. Burners didnt stay flat. Batteries in remote went dead and tv in bedroom was stuckon all night. In room phone is just for decoration so takeone. Bring a can of wd40 to make sliding glass door open and close easier. Ive stayed here several time over the last 6 yrs or so...

« Beautiful place to stay. Staff was friendly and maintenance was excellent. Our room was spotless so cleaning crew dose a great job. When Expedia says in includes price includes taxes and fees don't believe it. Rock Lane charged me and extra $174.45 for taxes and fees. Expedia said I could pay upon arrival. Not true. They charged my credit card seven days before my arrival. Rock Lane advertises a swim up bar. The bar was closed the four days I was there in August. Is all this false advertising? I...

« My family and I have been to this property several times and we've always been happy with our stay. The outdoor pool area is great for just hanging out with the Family. My only complaint,charging jto park your car at an expensive resort. That is simply bad business. »
