« I stayed here with my dog during the work week while I was waiting for my apartment lease to begin in downtown Knoxville and it was pretty perfect for a separate guest room with private outdoor space on the homeowner’s property. Doug could literally not be cooler, he greeted me and my dog Bear and made us feel right at home. There’s a great outdoor breezeway area with a bar and a huge back patio and backyard that he lets you have all to yourself. My dog loved to watch the bucks lock antlers...

« The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. »

« If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place was so wonderful. The owners were so nice and inviting! The property is beautiful. The hangar was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had about anything you might need. Their dogs are also wonderful and greet you when you get there with tails wagging! I highly recommend staying here! »
