« A charming home centrally located to all that the Berkshires has to offer! Cathy was a wonderful host, staying in close contact to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was great with a very comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Stairs are wonky but added to the charm! Use caution if you have mobility issues. Plenty of parking and easy access into the house. I will definitely stay again. »

« Great location right in charming downtown Lee! Easy check-in/out. Decent sized apartment with multiple spaces. Easy to get to lots of local places/museums/etc. Quick and easy stroll for food. Only real downsides are: 1) lack of windows/sunlight as the only windows in the unit are in the bedroom, which face the alley way (and the interior ceiling light bulbs that are used are very bright white and aggressive). and 2) no body wash was available despite letting the host know. »

« This cute and cozy apartment was in an excellent location. We were the first guest to stay here and we had a few concerns: the chairs in the kitchen were broken as was a door frame. The command hooks fell off the several times. There was no place to hang clothes and shelves which held the dishes were dirty and dusty as well as appliances. Some coffee and Kleenex would have a nice. The place has the potential to be amazing with a little more attention to details. We have stayed in many, many...

« When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep. »
