« This cute and cozy apartment was in an excellent location. We were the first guest to stay here and we had a few concerns: the chairs in the kitchen were broken as was a door frame. The command hooks fell off the several times. There was no place to hang clothes and shelves which held the dishes were dirty and dusty as well as appliances. « Had a very nice stay. We were in town for the Solid Sound Festival, and its location to North Adams as well as being near Williams College was ideal. A very cozy place to stay for the weekend, with the added bonus of being able to dip our feet into the river behind the house. Also, I recommend stepping into the antique store next door for some kitschsy finds. Would stay again when back in the area. »

« Honestly, it was the filthiest place I have ever booked in my life. My son had dirt embedded on the knees and feet of his pajamas from playing on the floor. There was dust on the stools. Pasta caked onto the already stained and filthy carpet. I swept up popcorn, Doritos, pennies, and lots of dirt. The closet in the bedroom and it's linens smelled musty. Dirt and marks all over the walls, dead flies, and cobwebs in the living room window, broken tiles lifting in the kitchen area, drain plugs...
