« This property is amazing and the house is so spacious and pristine. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the large island and well stocked cabinets. Staying on a horse farm was unique and so peaceful. We loved interacting with the horses and the trainer there even gave someone in our party a riding lesson. The house is located within 1/2 hour from West Chester, Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square so there was plenty to do. It was an awesome stay. »

« Well landscaped and appointed, with rolling and beautiful farmland, & a small pristine cow pasture out the front door, layers of wonderful Pa. woods surrounding it. Sweet Arow Lake nearby is a wonderful hike with a nice waterfall. Trout stocked year round. The farm nearby is not objectionable at all, but a line of arborvitae would screen even that. Then you are in a private and beautiful world. »

« We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here. »

« Or stay with absolutely fabulous! The home was beautiful and comfortable. There were so many extras as far as salt and pepper the spices, brownie mix, coffee pods, sugar and creamers call my tea bags and more! The property itself is just beautiful! We didn't get to explore the property itself much, but there are so many things to do in the area! »

« Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. »
