We loved staying at their mountain retreat Michele’s care for her animals is evident, and she was gracious to let us spend time with the horses as well, and learn all their unique stories. We came here for a quiet bachelorette party. It was close to many winery’s, the Appalachian trail and Harper’s Ferrry. Everyone in our party agreed we would love to visit again someday! « We had a wonderful time here! Even though it rained, we still walked the trails & enjoyed the hot tub. It was so nice to relax & listen to the rain! We are looking forward to our return in the fall to see the big koi fish. With the rain, we were unable to see them. Mason's story about their old age of 35 was fascinating! It will be nice to enjoy the kayaks & hammock next time as well. Grouseland is definitely our new getaway place! »
