« This property is located in the Shipyard-great location. There's tennis courts, pool, golf course, trails for biking or walking and the beach is very close. The condo's layout is great, all on one floor and the bedrooms are situated so that they're not on top of each other. The deck is a good size, part of it is covered if you don't want direct sunlight and part of it is open. Condo is tastefully done. The owner was very generous/flexible with move-in and move-out times and amazing communication...

« We came down for five to celebrate my birthday and the owner really make us feel welcome! First we make the reservation one day before we were scheduled to be there and he was able to accommodate us. The villa was in great condition. Everything worked, plenty of kitchen utensils, clean and only a five minute walk to the beach!! But what make it even more greater was that Mr. Jim stayed in contact with us to see how we were doing! I could go on and on, but I think I have wrote enough for now....
