« The heated pool and privacy of the property provided hours of relaxation and rejuvenation for our family. The beach access made the walk to the ocean a breeze and was so easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed to stay in and prepare meals onsite. We had a wonderful experience! »

« We’ve stayed here twice and hope to return next year. The location can’t be beat. The villa is spacious and clean. We love that it is ground level with a backyard so our kids can go play in the yard. It also make loading up bikes for our daily beach trips super convenient. We love the fenced in area to store bikes and gear. In Sea Pines, the value for space and location is top tier. The host was highly communicative and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10! »

« Lovely home. Plenty of room to spread out. Unfortunately, the screened porch and the front porch were not ready for outdoor living. I had to clean up those areas as best I could. The pollen, dead bugs and dust were thick. Also, the hall bathroom needs a really through cleaning. These are not meant as complaints, just as areas of concern. We enjoyed the top floor living area...watched a movie and played some games. Very nice time with family.Thanks so much for hosting us in your home. »

« The property was a good space for our family of 10. It’s well furnished & has plenty of room for everyone. We like that each bedroom has a bathroom. The deck was also great but the pool area was smaller than expected. The house provided plenty of linens and the kitchen had the basics. If you plan to spend much time at the beach, you’ll need to bring supplies. The house had 4 chairs and one umbrella which isn’t much for a home of its size. It also isn’t super kid friendly. There were no kids...

« We had a wonderful stay in Harbor Island. The house was beautiful and had everything we could need. The deck was a great place to watch the sun set. The owners had beach items we could borrow which helped when we forgot one kids buggie board. The entire island was great, gate guards were always so kind and helpful. The beaches were beautiful. We saw some cool animals, different birds, lots of bunnies, and even an Alligator. Amazing week. »

« This home has a fantastic layout for a large group. It's well equipped in the kitchen, and also has a lot of beach supplies which I didn't realize until we got on the island (boogie boards, wagons, bikes, etc). You simply cannot beat the views that this house provides either! It's on a quiet street, which makes it that much better for enjoying the island. »

« This is the second time we have stayed at this location for a week long stay. We truly love the layout and it's proximity to different places in Port Royal. Brad, the owner, is super nice. I would highly recommend renting this space. »

« This property was so good and exactly what we needed as a family of six with dogs! Very nice area and the access to the Cyprus Trail was such a plus. Super clean and fully stocked for a 4 night stay. Also, if owner continues NOT to charge 1500 for “possible damage” fee then you could not convince me there is a better place to stay anywhere near Paris Island. »
