« The condo was just as described in the listing. However, there was a mildewy smell upon entering the unit. The guest bathroom fan did not work. The primary bedroom duvet cover also smelled badly, as if it was put on the comforter before it was fully dry. While I understand it is somewhat inescapable in the South, there was a cockroach in the kitchen. « Very clean and comfortable unit. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with what looked like new toilets. No designated parking spots so you get what available and may not be as close to unit as you could be. But not a big deal for us. »

« The condo was clean and nicely updated. Everything appeared to be relatively new regarding major appliances. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion is : there needs to be some type of curtain or blinds on balcony door. And a glass storm door on entry would also be a nice addition. »
