My husband, son and I joked we would love to pick the house up and replace our current home with it on our property in Maryland. Host constantly communicated and made everything from check in to check out efficient! Our favorite part was enjoying the fire pit out back making s'mores! Kid friendly neighborhood too! »

« The price fit the gated community but after entering the rental it was apparent it lacked in cleanliness. There were also cob webs and a ton of spiders throughout. « We had to leave our home for 30 days due to”back puff or ghosting” while restoration work was being completed. We felt so lucky to find this rental just 4 miles from our home on short notice. We originally thought we would be displaced for 4-5 days so when they took all our clothes for cleaning we only kept enough for 4-5 days. After that we were told 30 days so we especially appreciated the cottage with clothes washer and dryer as well as everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable....

« Great little cottage that was close to our fishing spot! It was tidy and had all of the basics that we needed for a weekend getaway. We did find the bed to be a lot more firm that we are used to and struggled the get the cottage cooled to a comfortable temperature the first night. The A/C unit is located in the bathroom and can't really cool the whole cottage that well. We closed off the kitchen / living room area the second night and that helped a good bit. »
