« This was a great property for our friends getaway visit to Austin. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. « The property is beautiful and It was clean. There are good amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The 6th bedroom is more of an office space than a bedroom. Wish we would have known that the master bedroom didn’t have its own closet or bathroom. One of the back doors did not lock. We would have like to have had more towels to accommodate everyone. « We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! »

« Everything was clean, Rod was very accommodating, food truck at the corner of the street, big backyard with fire and ping-pong table. The only missing part was a table inside to eat all the family together when it was colder outside, but we already knew it with the pictures. We would come back. »

« We were in town as contractors to COTA for the NASCAR race. We had to spend 12+ hours a day for 7 days on-site and wanted to have a better space to come "home" to than a hotel room.
