« Amazing customer service »

« I had a water leak in my camper and had to book a room at a hotel nearby.Hilton in Bastrop was exceptionally clean and quiet as well as comfort living or anyone who is traveling or just needs to get away for the weekend. I had booked the hotel for two nights, but the next day I was checking out my transactions and realized it only put me down for one day. I should have looked and confirmed that it was confirmed for the two days I would be needing it. But honestly, the webpage was freezing up...

« Séjour agréable d'une nuit, commerces a proximité de l'hôtel. Pdj parking et wi fi gratuits. Possibilité d'utiliser la laundry pour 1$ machine a laver et sèche linge chacun. »

« Au bord du Highway, idéal pour passer une nuit en route entre Houston et Austin. Ne pas manquer d'aller manger au Roadhouse (infos à la récéption de l'hôtel), c'est un endroit absolument mythique! »

« The place was immaculate in cleanliness, friendless, and the bed and pillows were amazing! My only wish is that they had an ice machine. The room refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker but it doesn’t produce a lot of ice in each drop. »

« The room as exceptionally clean. We arrived Late and tired, the staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. Morning staff very friendly and has a great smile. »

« The lady at the front desk was really patient with me .. I had just drove in from Illinois to Texas and was exhausted and not as friendly as I normally was because I paid on line then get in there and they say I owe 100 more for deposit and that was not mentioned on line and should have been and should have also been taken on line same time as well and I took it out on her and I apologize it’s not your fault I was sleep deprived and not so nice my apologies and she was so so sweet and respectful...

« Hotel is being renovated at the moment, service from staff was very good. The ladies cleaned and organized every day. Also they have the best price per night near the airport. Will stay again »

« We didn't use the pool but people.were using it. They did not allow pets. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly and even got us a first floor room. It was a handicap room which was okay. The only issue I had is I dropped my phone and had to move the bed so cleaning staff need to check the floor under headboard dust and dead crickets. »
