« Great spot in the heart of Austin. The mermaid place was very beautiful and cozy with the whole environment being a big piece of art, made of many smaller pieces of art. Amenities are excellent, but the futons on the floor were rough on my husband’s back. Other than that, the hosts were great and we enjoyed meeting Lois and Stan.Highly recommend Ubers or other ride-shares to get to local eateries because parking is difficult to navigate. Really enjoyed the scooters in the city! »

« The place was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed that the murphy bed was nice and soft. The fridge was just the right size. and I felt very safe behind two locked doors with multiple locks. I loved the natural light from the balcony door. The security bar for the slider was a nice touch. The host was communicative, but not so much as to be intrusive. All in all, it was every thing I needed on this trip. »

« Very sweet little studio. It feels larger than you expect inside. Full kitchen, beautiful bathroom, fancy washer/dryer, and the bed is so so comfy. The best part of the place is the walkability. This is unusual in Texas in general. We got our groceries in a 2 minute walk. Quacks bakery is also 2 minutes. There are at least 6 restaurants a very short walk as well. Highly recommend this place. »
