« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week. « It was a cold nite and the heater worked great. The bathtub had no stopper for a bath but maint. man did bring a xtra wash cloth to help with. Towels were mighty small and the bed needed replacing. The $80 for the room total was a bit much i think. Night and day check in employees were friendly. »

"I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
