« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week. « I was locked out of my room at 10 at night because my access card was prematurely deactivated. It took roughly 20 to 30 minutes for someone to correct the issue. They do not allow the tenants to back their cars in. I received a ticket warning for backing my car in. Never heard of a rule like that before. The air conditioner worked however it was hanging off of the wall and made a hideously loud noise went on »

« AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. »

« I was recommended this location after a family member stayed here and had a decent experience, but it was a huge mistake to take their advice. The reviews for this place were decent when I was booking as well and I feel extremely misled.
