« This stay is the perfect getaway that feels remote hillcountry, but close enough for us city folks to visit downtown and make HEB grocery runs for that 1 item we forgot, cooking oil lol. Les and Lisa had the essentials covered from bed to bath to kitchen and more. We did encounter the wild as it is the hillcountry from deer to creepy crawlies, so best to pack the off and citronella candles! We had a late night bon fire and smore roast, just beautiful. FYI the bedroom window is the perfect place...

« Clean and fairly well stocked kitchen. There were no BBQ grill tools but we made do with kitchen metal tongs. The property is pet friendly. The views from the property are breathtakingly beautiful. We loved the dark skies filled with stars at night. Beds were comfortable. The TV situation lacks a lot to be desired as it is upstairs and I was not able to get it to work, however it wasn't missed. « This property is a must for an active family fun vacation. There was so much to do with a lighted basketball court and a shed full of athletic equipment. Add to this a walk up tree house, pool, hot tub, and pot belly pigs to feed. The house accommodated our group of 9 guests (5 adults & 4 kids) with room for more.
