« Great, very clean basement apartment. Close to BYU. Close to State Steet. The only negative was lower water pressure in the shower than I'm used to. Despite that, I would 100% stay here again! »

« Stayed at this property for 3 weeks as working nearby. The apartment is exactly as described. There is some noise from the tenants above (as stated in the descripton) but this was really only footsteps & it was generally very quiet after about 6pm.Well appointed with everything you need. « This property was perfect for us - two mountain bikers with bikes on rear rack on our minivan! We could pull right into the garage and shut the door without having to take our bikes off the rack! Super convenient and very secure! Quality bed (not too soft or firm) and quality bedding made for a great night sleep. We'll be back! »

« Bright, comfortable, clean, well supplied, and in a quiet neighborhood. Plus, the hot tub was so nice. The home is very close to several beautiful scenic drives and great hikes, as well as an outlet mall. We enjoyed the walking and biking paths we could access without having to get in the car! We are 3 weeks into a 10 week cross country road trip, and we were looking for a nice place to relax and recharge where we didn’t have to go too far to do activities. This property delivered! »

Comfy bed, lots of soft fluffy towels, plenty of pillows, lots of storage space, simply equipped kitchen for my simple needs. The full-body massage chair was amazing!
