« This was our second stay, and the first time we took our son trout fishing. The property is beautiful. The river was low and we didn't catch anything, but still had a great time. If I'm nit-picking, the living room could use a simple throw blanket. The stored ones are itchy and give me flashbacks to my grandma's house in the 80s. « Two friends and I stayed here during our alumni weekend at Davis & Elkins. It was the perfect spot for a girls' weekend. We loved the spacious kitchen, the cozy living room, and the extremely comfortable beds. Soaking in the hot tub was a great way to spend our first night there. The outside areas (deck, bridge, river, firepit) are fantastic. Unfortunately, we were gone during most of our stay and didnt have the time to enjoy them. The location is beautiful for a weekend away from it all....

« We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in. « Cute little house close to Elkins and literally across the road from the Monogohala National Forest. Went specifically to take the New Tygart Flyer. Food at the “Smoke on the Water “ is highly recommend. »
