« We had such a wonderful time at The Elk Lodge during our 8 day stay. It was the 'perfect formula' for us, our adult children and young grandchildren, (ages 4-9).Located at the top of a mountain, the description given was very accurate. « This is just the coolest property!!! The location was absolutely stunning, with the expansive front porch overlooking Marshall & the French Broad River. Perfect for families or a group of friends that want individual bedrooms AND communal, shared spaces. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness & stocked with all the kitchen items you can wish for.
