« This was a very cozy house that was stocked with everything needed for a welcoming, comfortable stay. My father was admitted to the VA hospital in Johnson City and I was staying with my 87-year-old cognitively impaired mother. « Lovely home with lots of cozy touches! Our favorite room was the very large screened porch with a dining table, comfortable wicker chair arrangements and two anti-gravity lounge chairs. From here we listened to the sounds of the creek and enjoyed amazing firefly shows every night. (We visited in July.) It was magical! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. « This cute little cottage has a wonderful back deck overlooking the river that flows through town. Very quiet and peaceful. My wife and I wished we had more time to enjoy it. Great place for a couple getaway! We walked down to Main Street and got some pizza at a great little pizzeria before heading over to the local tavern on the water. Amazing how the people have come together to restore everything so fast since the hurricane came through town not even two years ago. We really enjoyed this place...
