« Nice and clean place which was as advertised. Although we did not take advantage of the outside area it was a nice area and option. Would stay here again. Hosts were very good at providing instructions and information when requested. Air conditioning units in each room was great since we happened to have a very hot day and evening during our stay. »

« The perfect location for a New Paltz getaway, this adorable, nicely decorated, one-bedroom apartment is in the lower level of a home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Considering it is just minutes from the center of New Paltz including the Rail Trail and dozens of unique places to eat and shop, this apartment is remarkably quiet. « Backyard looked terrible. Wifi spotty. Told host wifi was in and out; said he'd try and fix it but it was not resolved and never got a second response after hearing from him the initial time. »

« We stayed on a rather difficult weather week... so we didn't get to really experience the creek and outdoor space, which makes it harder to judge this rental which is cozy in size, but a little unusual in layout and dark on dreary days. In general it was fine - one word of caution for folks who are overly sensitive to poison ivy - the property itself is lovely but the surrounding woods are loaded with it right up to the edges . »

« Michaels place was right in the center of town, great location. The apartment is small but cozy. Not too loud as others have posted and there were blinds on the windows so it was not too bright in the morning. The kitchen and fridge were clean and everything was easy to use. Water pressure was great and could get hot if you want. Stairs are relatively steep so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.
